Consultation session
First step - Please book this 10 - 15 minutes consultation session. Then the therapist will be in touch within 24 hours to book you in.
We believe it is important to do a consultation session first, as it allows both the Therapist and client to meet each other and it allows the client to express what has brought them to mindfulness therapy.
Both Therapist and client can decide what treatment plan is best for the client, whilst looking at what the client's goals are for therapy. In doing this first consultation session, it will form trust between both therapist and client. As it allows the therapist time to explain their background and show the client their qualifications and certificates if required.
This will be done on the phone, online, face time or in person in Wrexham or Chester.
